We are now looking to expand our team by adding an experienced Accountant and Xero Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial processes.

Job Description:

As the Accountant and Xero Specialist at ProDent Auto Repairing LLC, you will be responsible for the entire accounting cycle and financial management using Xero. Your role is integral in setting up, managing, and integrating our accounting software with other applications, ensuring comprehensive control over our finances. Your expertise will aid in making informed business decisions and maintaining the financial health of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain our accounting systems using Xero, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with legal standards and financial regulations.

• Set up integrations with other applications to streamline financial processes and provide real-time business insights.

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing activities, reconcile bank statements.

• Monitor and manage collections from clients, ensuring timely payments.

• Issue invoices and account statements accurately and promptly.

• Provide financial analysis and reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting to support business decision-making.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the accounting system.

• Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and systems.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of accounting experience, with in-depth knowledge of Xero and its integration with other apps.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Advanced Excel skills and strong command of office tools.

• Ability to manage multiple financial processes and systems efficiently.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Highly effective communicator.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
