Project Coordinator - Auto Hail Repair (1099)

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of auto hail repair projects at car dealerships. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of vehicle repair processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hail repair projects with technicians and dealership personnel.

• Oversee paintless dent repair (PDR) and Remove & Install (R&I) operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Liaise with body shops to coordinate conventional repairs as needed.

• Utilize internal project management software to track project progress and manage resources.

• Order necessary parts from the parts department, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.

• Provide regular progress reporting to customers, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the automotive repair industry.

• Automotive background is a plus.

• Knowledge of paintless dent repair (PDR) and conventional auto body repair processes.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High school diploma; further education or certification in Project Management is a plus but not a must.
