Job Description:
The Sales Manager (W-2 or W-9) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our customer base in the automotive dealership and collision center sectors. This role involves creating win-win scenarios for both the company and our clients, backed by a very competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets within the automotive dealership and collision center markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, creating win-win scenarios for long-term success.
- Utilize company-provided marketing materials and canvassing support to effectively promote our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions affecting the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Stellenanforderungen
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
- Existing professional contacts in the field of car dealerships and collisions centers are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and self-efficient, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
